Research For Bargatin Group

I worked to conduct finite element analysis on the structural mechanics of the micron gap spacer project. On the right are some examples of stress and strain distributions over a subsection of different spacer versions for a set of loads and boundary conditions. These were created using COMSOL Multiphysics.
