BLAST

I worked with a team to build a rocket that expands into an exploded view using variously pitched lead screws and a single motor. The various stages separate and the boosters “fall off”. Click the image to see a video of how it was made and the project in action!

CANDY

I designed and manufactured a pair of skis and boots to serve as desk candy. Click the image to learn more and see a process video!

CHECK

I worked with Justin and Oscar to design and manufacture an elegant chess set. Click the image to learn more about the project and see some light box photos!

MOLD

I worked with Justin to design and manufacture a mold for plastic injection molding. We wanted our part to be useful, so our mold is for a T-slot cleaner to keep the mills in our Machine Shop at school clean. Once we made the mold, we molded some plastic parts using a Morgan Press.
